This webinar, presented by a nationally recognized education attorney representing students and their families, will provide a comprehensive overview of students with autism, beginning with a discussion of the differences between a medical diagnosis and educational eligibility, from how they are identified by schools for educational eligibility, how they are identified by schools, differences in 504 Plans and IEPs, the applicable federal laws, and also what schools should do when the student is bullied or is the bully.
