The webinar will discuss the importance of identifying student success outcomes based on targeted student populations on a college campus (i.e., minoritized students, and first-generation students). In today’s higher education landscape, the need to identify, develop, and facilitate programs and services for targeted student populations is more important than ever, given the changing demographics across the country. The need for more data-informed practices to advance equity and student success outcomes is more important than ever. The presentation will highlight why the need, and what role institutional self-reflection plays in creating a culture of student success for targeted student populations in order to advance equity and student success.
